I started doing some research into adult babies last week for my Tranny Tip at VauxhallVille. I like to think I’m tolerant and supportive of other people’s fetishes but, really, these people just crack me up.

I couldn’t believe it’s such a big business, there are literally hundreds of websites where you can buy adult nappies, adult baby grows, dummys, dresses and the likes. Even a grown up size high chair and rocking horse.

And it doesn’t have to be a lonely pursuit. If you’re keen you can hire yourself a nanny who will come round and spank your bot-bot, change your nappy and tell you off if you are naughty. She will even take you out to the park or the supermarket so you can be humiliated in public. Truly these people must know no shame.

There’s a dominatrix called Amanda who offers a full service to the adult baby, you can book sessions that last from an hour up to one week (!) and she will feed you, clean you and put you down to play.
